Kalshi's View on S&P500 Lately

แปลอัตโนมัติจากต้นฉบับ · อ่านต้นฉบับ (English)

Many of you are starting to look at Kalshi more, especially for the S&P500 Index or some individual stocks available for trading. The question is, what kind of Event Contract trading should we focus on now? Between a long-term view that predicts the overall index direction and short-term contracts that look for intraday volatility. Currently, $ETHUSD is still hovering around 1875.54

Personally, I think with current market conditions, where news can impact quite quickly, playing short-term contracts that focus on daily timing or immediate news might offer better RR in some cases. However, this comes with potentially higher fees compared to profits if we enter and exit frequently. I'm curious about others' views on choosing a strategy on Kalshi right now.

It's a tough call. I tend to lean towards short-term contracts for volatility plays given the current news cycle, but long-term views can still be profitable if you're good at identifying underlying trends.

It's an interesting question, especially with the current market dynamics. I'm leaning towards a mixed approach – short-term for capitalizing on volatility, but still keeping a long-term perspective for major shifts. What specific events on Kalshi are you finding most compelling for the short-term contracts right now?

That's an interesting point about the market conditions favoring short-term plays. I'm new to Kalshi, and I've been mostly looking at the longer-term contracts for S&P 500, hoping to get a clearer sense of the overall market. What makes you lean towards short-term right now?
