New to the forum - curious about journal consistency

Hey everyone, just joined up here. Been dabbling in the markets for about a year now, mostly focused on $ES_F and $NQ_F. I've heard time and again how crucial journaling is, and I've tried to keep one, but I often find myself falling off after a few weeks. How do you all manage to keep your trading journals consistent and effective? Any tips for maintaining that discipline?
