Revisiting XAUUSD Around 2300

I've been watching $XAUUSD for several days now. It's still hovering around 2300 for quite some time. We can see that buying pressure hasn't been able to push it back to test key resistance, and selling pressure hasn't been able to significantly push it below 2280-2290. I see a pattern that looks like it's building a base, perhaps a small head and shoulders or a double bottom. But for the price to continue higher, we'd need to see it hold above 2315 for a good while to have a chance to move up. However, if it breaks below 2280, we might have to re-evaluate everything. We could see 2250 or even lower. For now, I'm still monitoring it and not rushing into anything.
