ZARUSD Accuracy with Economic News

แปลอัตโนมัติจากต้นฉบับ · อ่านต้นฉบับ (English)

I've noticed for a long time that with $ZARUSD, during important economic news from South Africa, sometimes the price moves exactly as it should according to the textbook. But there are also many times when the news seems to have little effect, or even moves in the opposite direction. For example, yesterday the price dropped to 0.0605 and then bounced back. This doesn't reflect the news that came out at all.

So I've started to wonder how much weight we should give to the Economic Calendar when trading this currency pair. Or is pure Price Action actually more important? I'd like to hear opinions from others in this room. Has anyone else experienced this, and how do you deal with it?
