Looking at $X at 54.89: Resistance or just a pullback?

$X (USOIL) has been hitting the 54.89 dollar resistance level quite often lately. It seems like there are many sellers waiting around that area. I wonder if it fails to break 54.89 multiple times, will it have a chance to retest around 54.78 again? But if it breaks above 54.89 with volume, we might see it run much further than expected.
