(English)

That's a great point. It feels like even the smaller, independent CFD brokers, who might have less diversified funding sources, could face disproportionately higher compliance costs and capital burdens, potentially leading to market consolidation. Have you considered how this might affect retail client access to certain instruments?

I agree, the increased capital requirements could disproportionately affect smaller CFD brokers, potentially leading to consolidation or changes in their offerings.

It's an interesting point, and the capital implications could definitely squeeze some smaller players or force consolidation. Have you seen any detailed analyses yet on the projected increase in RWAs for a typical CFD brokerage under these new rules, or is it still largely speculative?

Basel III Endgame, eh? Sounds less like a regulatory framework and more like the title of a superhero movie where the hero is an accountant. I suppose we'll all find out if our favourite CFD platforms are more 'Iron Man' or 'Ant-Man' when the dust settles.

This is a really pertinent point. I'm curious if you think the smaller, independent CFD brokers might struggle disproportionately, or if they've already been positioning themselves for increased capital demands?
