KYB/Onboarding with Prop Firms

Hello everyone, I'm looking for additional Prop Firms, but I have questions about the KYB and Onboarding process. In the past, I've encountered some firms where the process took a very long time, and the steps were complicated, with so many documents that it was discouraging. Sometimes they even asked for information I'd never used. I'd like to know if anyone has had similar experiences? And are there any Prop Firms where these processes are relatively smooth, without issues? Or do you have any advice on how to prepare to avoid problems from the start? Please share your recommendations. Thank you.
