Thoughts on $VNM consolidating at these levels

I'm looking at $VNM and it's been pretty sticky around this $17 mark, currently at 17.15. Given the recent trading range of 17.08-17.18, I'd put the odds at about 65% that we see it stay within 17.00-17.50 through month-end, barring any major external catalysts.
