Thoughts on $COMP resistance

Watching $COMP around the $13.18 level today. It's been a persistent area of resistance on the intraday charts. We saw it rejected there again earlier. If it can clear and hold above that, perhaps a move towards $13.50+ is on the cards. A sustained break below $12.50 would invalidate that idea for me, suggesting the recent bounce might be fading.
