Thoughts on BRN's recent bounce

It's interesting to see $BRN push up from that 0.9607 area. I'm watching to see if it can consolidate above the 1.00 mark; a strong close back below 0.9857 would make me question the momentum.

I'm still trying to understand what drives these bounces. What kind of indicators or news do you usually look at when deciding if a bounce has real momentum, especially for something like $BRN?

Consolidating above 1.00 would be a positive sign, but I'd be looking for more than a quick bounce before calling it a change in momentum. The prior downtrend was fairly significant.
