Watching EMXC for a breakout or rejection at this current level

I'm keeping a close eye on $EMXC around these 96.80-97.00 levels. It's pushing up pretty hard today, currently at 96.83, and yesterday's close wasn't too far off its daily high either. If it can clear and hold above 97.07, the daily high from today, that suggests some underlying strength and could open up a move to test prior resistance.

However, if we see a rejection around here and it dips back below, especially if it can't hold above 96.43 (today's low), then I'd view this push as potentially exhausting. My conviction for continued upside would be much lower if it starts closing back under that prior daily low. Always considering both sides of the coin.
