Watching $KWEB Around 28.50 - Potential Range Break?

Been looking at $KWEB for a bit now, and it seems to be trying to carve out a base around the 28.50 level. We've seen a couple of probes higher, but nothing sustained. The intra-day today touched 28.69, which is interesting, but it's still very much within the consolidation. If it can get a solid close above say, 28.70-28.80, and then ideally hold that, it might signal a push towards the low 30s.

Conversely, a drop and hold below 28.40 would likely invalidate any immediate bullish ideas I have. That would suggest a retest of the lower 28.00-27.80 range is more probable. It's a tricky one given the broader tech narrative, but for now, I'm just observing how it reacts to this current pivot point.
