Thoughts on $CADUSD and the 0.7100 Pivot
Watching $CADUSD with interest today. We've been hovering right around the 0.7100 handle. It's held as support a few times recently, but we're starting to push it. If we can get a convincing close above 0.7110, I'd consider that a short-term bullish signal, perhaps indicating a move towards 0.7150 or even 0.7180. The risk, naturally, is a break and hold below 0.7100. If that happens, especially on increased volume, then 0.7080 and potentially 0.7050 come into play pretty quickly. It feels like a genuine pivot point right here, and the next sustained move will tell us a lot about short-term direction. Not placing bets yet, just observing the reaction around this level.

A convincing close above 0.7110 seems a bit arbitrary. What's driving that specific level rather than just the psychological barrier of 0.7100 itself? There isn't much macro data today to give it significant momentum.
