USDC Liquidity vs. Off-Ramp Costs for Fintechs

While $USDC's peg has been remarkably stable ($USDC ≈ 0.99977 today), I'm curious about other fintechs' experiences with the actual cost of converting significant stablecoin volume to fiat. The on-chain liquidity is there, but what about the spreads and fees on the off-ramp side for larger volumes? Are certain corridors performing better than others?
