Solana's Role in Future Stablecoin Payments

With $SOL at 72.57, and its throughput capabilities, I'm curious how many here see Solana gaining more traction for stablecoin payments compared to L2s on Ethereum. The low transaction costs are certainly compelling for high-frequency micro-payments.
