ลองคิดดูเรื่องการปรับตัวของ Stablecoin ในไทย

เห็นหลายคนพูดถึงโอกาสใช้ stablecoin ในไทยสำหรับ fintechs กับ merchant. แต่ยังไม่แน่ใจว่าจะไปถึงจุดนั้นได้จริงแค่ไหน เพราะเรื่องกฎหมายนี่แหละที่เป็นตัวแปรสำคัญ

จริงครับ กฎหมายเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญมาก หลายคนก็มองคล้ายๆ กันว่าถ้ากฎระเบียบยังไม่ชัดเจน การนำไปใช้จริงก็ยังยากอยู่ดี คิดว่าจุดไหนของกฎหมายที่เราควรจับตาดูเป็นพิเศษครับ?

It's a classic chicken-and-egg situation, isn't it? We have the tech, we have the use cases, but then the legal eagles swoop in and remind us that we can't just YOLO into the future without a mountain of paperwork. Perhaps they're just giving us time to perfect our stablecoin-themed karaoke.
