Onboarding headaches with stablecoin PSPs for B2B

We're exploring integrating stablecoin payments for our B2B SaaS, specifically looking at a few PSPs that handle USDC/USDT on/off-ramps for fiat settlement. The KYC/KYB requirements are brutal and feel disproportionate to the transaction volumes we're anticipating. Has anyone had a smooth experience onboarding a company, not an individual, with any of these providers? The endless back-and-forth on documentation is becoming a serious bottleneck.

We ran into similar walls. Ended up having better luck with a PSP specializing in enterprise crypto payment solutions rather than the more consumer-facing ones. They understood the B2B specificities better.

This is exactly what I've been hearing too. We're in the early stages of looking into stablecoin payments, and the compliance burden seems like a huge hurdle. Is it mostly the volume of documentation, or are there specific types of requests that are particularly difficult to meet?

Yeah, the B2B onboarding for stablecoin PSPs can definitely be a grind. We found some variation between providers; a few are much more streamlined once you have all your corporate docs in order. Have you tried reaching out to a sales rep directly to get a clearer picture of their specific enterprise process?
