Onboarding Friction with Smaller PSPs

Anyone else finding that smaller, perhaps more niche PSPs, despite offering competitive fees, often have a significantly more convoluted and drawn-out KYB process than the larger players? It's becoming a real bottleneck when trying to diversify processing options.

Definitely, I've noticed the same. It seems like the smaller players often lack the streamlined internal processes and dedicated compliance teams that the larger PSPs have, making the initial setup a real time sink.

Yeah, absolutely. I've noticed the same thing. It feels like you gain on the fee side but definitely lose on the time and hassle of their onboarding.

Definitely feel that. It's a trade-off, isn't it? Lower fees are attractive, but if you're spending weeks just to get approved, the cost-benefit can really start to lean the other way.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed that. It feels like some of the smaller PSPs are still catching up on the tech side of their onboarding, which makes sense, but it can be frustrating when you're trying to move quickly.
