Onboarding Friction and PSP Integration for Prop Firms

Anyone else finding that the onboarding process for some prop firms, particularly around KYC/AML and subsequent PSP integration for payouts, is still a major choke point? I've run into a few where the initial challenge is fine, but then getting the payout method set up feels unnecessarily clunky, almost like an afterthought, and introduces significant delays. Seems like a critical area for improvement given the volume some of these firms are handling.

Definitely. It's often where the rubber meets the road, and a smooth payout process is as important as the challenge itself. Have you found any specific PSPs that work better than others in this space, or is it firm-dependent?

Yeah, it's definitely a common complaint. I've seen some firms make big strides in streamlining their challenge phase, but then it's like they forget about the backend payout experience. It really shouldn't be that hard in this day and age.

I've definitely experienced this. It's frustrating to pass all the trading challenges only to then hit a wall with the payout setup. It makes you wonder if some firms are intentionally making it harder to withdraw funds.
