ROSE holding 11.60 by Friday close?

Looking at $ROSE, it's been dancing around the 11.60-11.66 range all day. Given the general market malaise and a lack of significant catalysts, I'm putting the odds of it closing above 11.60 by Friday at about 60%. It just feels like one of those weeks where sideways action is the most exciting thing we'll get, though a sudden dip below wouldn't entirely shock me; my crystal ball is usually in for repairs on Wednesdays.
