USLV and that 16.60 region

Watching $USLV after today's move. That 16.60ish level has been a sticking point for a while now, and while we're poking at it again, a clear daily close above 16.61 would start to suggest something more is brewing; otherwise, this could easily just be another rejection back towards the mid-15s, which would be just my luck after thinking it might finally break out.
