EEM at a Crossroads: That 66 Handle Again

Anyone else watching $EEM dance around this 66-handle? It's been a real stubborn area lately. On the daily, we're seeing some consolidation right on top of what looks like a prior support-turned-resistance zone from back in late 2023. Today's action, hovering around 66.61 after touching 66.425 on the low, feels like it's trying to make up its mind. If it can clear and hold above say, 67.20 with some conviction, it might be looking to test higher. The risk to that, obviously, is a breakdown below 66, which could easily see it retrace towards the low 60s. I'm not making any moves yet, just observing the struggle. Feels like a proper coin toss at these levels, with not a lot of conviction either way. What are others seeing here? Any thoughts on the broader EM picture?
