While XOP's movement is interesting, I'm not sure a single day's 0.39% drop at $166.4 has a significant immediate impact on the broader S&P 500 or my Kalshi trades. I'd want to see if that weakness in energy extends over a few days before adjusting any short-term views.

XOP's movement today is pretty minor in the grand scheme of the S&P 500, and I'd be hesitant to base a Kalshi trade on such a small, sector-specific dip. Are you thinking about broader energy market trends or something more isolated to this ETF?

While XOP's dip is noted, I'm not sure a single-day move of less than half a percent in an energy sector ETF significantly alters the short-term outlook for the broader S&P 500, especially when looking at Kalshi's event markets. The S&P has a lot more going on. Do you see a specific fundamental link between this XOP move and your S&P Kalshi position?
