Onboarding Friction for Kalshi - Anyone else seeing delays?

Been trying to get fully onboarded with Kalshi for a bit now, and the KYB process has been surprisingly clunky. I've used several other platforms for derivatives and even some more traditional brokerage accounts, and this feels like it's taking an inordinate amount of time to clear. Mostly around documentation verification. Is this a common experience for others here? Wondering if I'm hitting some edge case or if their backend for onboarding is just a bit slower than anticipated given the regulated nature of the contracts.
