Kalshi Event Contracts and Hedging
Been looking into Kalshi event contracts as a potential hedge for some positions, specifically thinking about how the $VNM movement today, currently at 17.16, might have played out in a "will it close above X" contract. Anyone here actively using Kalshi for hedging, or mainly for speculation on specific outcomes?

That's an interesting idea about using Kalshi for hedging. I've only really thought of it for speculating on news events. Do you see it as more efficient than traditional options for certain types of hedges?
