Question about managing drawdown

Hey everyone, fairly new here. I've been paper trading for a few months and feel like I'm getting a handle on entries, but managing drawdowns when a trade goes sideways is still tripping me up. What's your practical advice for not letting a single losing trade spiral, especially when using leverage?

Your entry might be the problem if you're consistently getting tripped up by drawdowns. Leverage only amplifies poor position sizing or weak conviction; a solid thesis reduces the likelihood of needing to 'manage' a spiraling loss.
