XAUUSD and the 1900 Psychological Mark

Been watching gold these past few days and it's certainly had a decent bounce from the recent lows. What's catching my eye, and probably a few others, is that 1900 level on XAUUSD. It's not just a big round number; it's acted as support, resistance, and a bit of a magnet for price action in the past.

From a technical standpoint, if we can decisively close above 1900 and hold it for a day or two, that would lend some weight to further upside. The risk, of course, is a rejection at or just above it, pulling us back towards the mid-1800s. We've seen that movie before, haven't we? Just keep an eye on how it interacts with that zone, could be interesting.

I'm seeing similar patterns. The real test for 1900, beyond a daily close, might be how it behaves on a weekly close to truly confirm renewed strength.

That's a super interesting point about 1900. I'm relatively new to looking at gold, but I've noticed how often round numbers seem to get a lot of attention. Do you think it's more about traders' psychology or does it reflect something deeper in the market structure?
