Watching $DAX for a push beyond 25040.4 resistance

I'm keeping an eye on $DAX today; it's bumping right up against the day's high of 25040.4, and if it can sustain a break above that, we could see some continuation, otherwise, a rejection there might send it back towards the 24912.3 range.
