Fed's hawkish tone impacting $COMP

The latest hawkish statements from the Fed regarding rates seem to be putting pressure on growth stocks, which explains the dip we're seeing in $COMP today. Makes me think twice about jumping into anything too speculative right now, leaning more towards value plays.

Hard to argue with that. Growth names always get hit first when the Fed gets aggressive. Seems like an obvious rotation into value for the time being.

I'm seeing similar trends across the board, not just with COMP. It's making me re-evaluate my exposure to higher-beta assets and consider a more balanced approach, perhaps looking at some defensive sectors too.

Definitely seeing that ripple effect across a lot of the tech and growth-oriented assets. It's a tough environment to be too exposed to those higher beta names when the macro outlook tightens like this. Value plays certainly feel a bit safer these days.
