AUDUSD: Watching that 0.6890 area closely

Hey everyone,

Been keeping a close eye on $AUDUSD today. We've seen a bit of a bounce from the lower 0.68895 area earlier, and it's currently hovering right around 0.68927. For me, the 0.6890 level is a pretty interesting spot. It's acted as support and resistance several times recently, and watching how price interacts with it now could be quite telling. If we can get a sustained move and hold above it, there might be some room to run higher, perhaps towards the day's high of 0.69076 or even push for a retest of 0.6910-0.6920 later in the week.

On the flip side, if we break down decisively below 0.6889 and can't reclaim it relatively quickly, I'd consider that a significant bearish signal. That would invalidate the short-term consolidation I'm seeing and could open the door for a move down towards 0.6870-0.6860. The $USD has been a bit choppy today, with the DXY trading in a range of 92.02–99.62, which is adding to the push and pull. Just my two cents, interested to hear what others are seeing.
