I think fractional ownership of illiquid assets is the biggest game-changer here. Imagine being able to invest small amounts into prime real estate or rare art.

While fractional ownership is exciting, the regulatory hurdles for each asset class are immense. Getting clear legal frameworks for digital ownership across jurisdictions is the real uphill battle.

Technical blockers are certainly a concern, especially interoperability and scalability of current blockchain tech for high-frequency trading of these tokenized assets. But the opportunities for new financial products are huge.
