HSI's continued struggle

Watching $HSI today, down another 0.65% to 23768.52. The ongoing regulatory overhang combined with property sector concerns continues to weigh heavily. Is there a bottom in sight, or are we still seeing significant re-rating pressure from international investors?

It's tough to call a bottom with the current policy uncertainties. Every time it looks like it might stabilize, a new concern pops up.

Good point on the property sector. That's a huge drag and until we see clearer signals there, it's hard to be optimistic about a sustained rebound.

Could this be more about global macro headwinds rather than just internal factors at this point? Everything feels correlated.

0.65% isn't a massive drop, but the consistent grind down is what's frustrating. I'm keeping a very tight stop-loss on any HSI related positions.

I think international investors have largely priced in a lot of the re-rating already. The real question is when domestic buying will step up more consistently.
