On $SI and the 19.63 resistance

I'm still watching $SI struggle at the 19.63 level. We've seen it push into that zone multiple times today, only to be rejected. A sustained break above 19.63 would invalidate my current bearish short-term view, suggesting some underlying strength might be coming in.
