Fed's Tepid Tone and Banking Sector

The latest commentary out of the Fed, suggesting they're not rushing rate cuts, makes me think the banking sector still has some tailwind. Seeing $BAC up again today at $58.36, it's holding recent gains despite broader market choppiness, which keeps it on my watchlist for now.

It's interesting how BAC is holding up. I'm still trying to connect the dots between the Fed's stance and specific bank performance. Does anyone have a good resource for understanding those direct linkages better?

I agree that the Fed's stance could provide some stability for banks, especially those with strong balance sheets. However, I'm curious if the broader economic slowdown might still impact loan growth and asset quality, even without aggressive rate cuts.
