Onboarding Friction with DEX Aggregator Integrations
Anyone else hitting a wall with the onboarding process for integrating new liquidity sources or even just setting up with some of the newer DEX aggregators? Feels like every other week there's a new one promising better rates, but the KYC/KYB on the institutional side for proper API access can be a nightmare. We're talking weeks of back-and-forth sometimes, even for relatively standard setups. It really eats into the supposed benefits of faster execution or tighter spreads if you're bleeding operational time just getting connected. Interested to hear if others are facing similar bottlenecks or if I'm just looking in the wrong places for more streamlined solutions.

Completely agree, the onboarding process is a mess. It's almost as if some of these aggregators aren't actually set up for institutional use, despite claiming so. Makes you wonder if the 'better rates' are even worth the operational overhead.
