Onboarding & KYB for new prop accounts — still a mess

Anyone else still hitting significant friction with KYB/KYC when setting up new prop accounts, especially in the EU region? We're talking 3-5 days just to clear basic checks sometimes, even with everything upfront. It bottlenecks our ability to deploy capital quickly when opportunities arise. Is there a better way, or are we stuck with this slow grind?

I've noticed a similar pattern, especially when dealing with smaller, newer prop firms in the EU. Larger, more established ones seem to have streamlined it a bit better. Have you tried reaching out to compliance departments directly to see if there are any specific ways to expedite the process for repeat business?

It's the same story here, particularly with new EU regs. Some firms are definitely slower than others; have you tried providers known for quicker onboarding or are you tied to specific ones?
