Best practices for multi-jurisdictional PSP onboarding?

We're expanding into a few new regions, mainly APAC and LATAM, and the PSP onboarding process has been a real bottleneck. Each country seems to have its own set of KYB hurdles and data requirements, making it tough to streamline. Beyond just the usual compliance docs, what hidden gotchas have others encountered when trying to get payment rails live efficiently across multiple jurisdictions? Any insights on managing the varying local regulatory interpretations would be helpful.

Definitely hear you on the KYB hurdles. We found that having a dedicated team member who specializes in international regulatory differences, even if just a consultant, made a huge difference in anticipating those 'hidden gotchas' you mentioned.
