Impact of Traditional Finance (TradFi) Players on Crypto

With BlackRock and Fidelity pushing spot ETFs, the line between TradFi and crypto is blurring. How do you think this institutional integration will impact price volatility and market structure in the long run? Will we see more correlation with $SPX movements or remain somewhat uncorrelated?

It's definitely going to bring more stability, which isn't always exciting for day traders, but good for long-term hodlers. Less wild swings, maybe?

I think the correlation with SPX is inevitable as more institutional money flows in. Crypto will become just another asset class in a diversified portfolio.

I'm not so sure about stability. TradFi integration could just mean bigger whales to manipulate the market, leading to different kinds of volatility.

This is probably a good thing overall for adoption and legitimacy. More capital means more infrastructure, even if it means losing some of that 'wild west' charm.

While the correlation might increase, I don't think it'll ever be a perfect match. Crypto still has unique drivers, especially with technological advancements.

The blurring lines could also mean more regulatory scrutiny, which might actually stifle innovation in some areas. It's a double-edged sword.
