$USDT's recent dip below 0.999 holding so far

Been watching $USDT closely today, and that dip to 0.99833 was interesting. It's since recovered a bit, sitting around 0.9985, but staying below the 0.999 level for a good part of the session. I'm curious if this marks a new, albeit subtle, floor in its trading range, or if a push back above 0.999 by end of day invalidates that idea. The current stability is decent, but a sustained break below 0.99833 would definitely be a point of concern for me.

Considering the historical volatility of stablecoins, a sustained dip, even a minor one, could signal more than just a subtle floor. It's worth watching if it regains peg convincingly, or if this becomes a new normal.
