Impact of diverging crypto regulations on CFD providers?

Been thinking about the ongoing divergence in crypto regulatory frameworks between, say, the EU's MiCA and the more fragmented US approach. How are CFD providers managing their compliance obligations when offering crypto-related CFDs to a global client base, particularly with regard to KYC/AML and jurisdictional restrictions? Seems like a nightmare trying to stay on top of it all without stifling innovation.
