CFD sizing with leverage for small accounts

Been dabbling in CFDs, mainly on $DAX and $SPX, and I'm finding the leverage a double-edged sword. With a smaller account, the typical 1-2% risk per trade means my position sizes are tiny, often making the trade feel not worth the effort for the potential return, even with good setups. For those trading CFDs with less capital, how do you balance proper risk management with getting a meaningful return without over-leveraging?

This is exactly what I've been wondering too! It feels like you either risk too much to make it worthwhile or you're barely moving the needle. Have you looked into micro CFDs at all?
