Liquidity bottlenecks for larger BTC block trades?

Anyone else finding it increasingly difficult to execute larger $BTC block trades without significant slippage, even with prime brokers? Seems like the available liquidity just isn't there beyond a certain size, causing issues with effective entry/exit points.

Definitely noticing this too. It feels like the on-exchange liquidity for deep block trades has thinned out, pushing larger players to OTC desks more often. Even then, the spread can be tough.

That's a really interesting point. I've only done smaller trades myself, so I haven't run into that, but it makes me wonder how the market will adapt if more institutional money comes in.

I've definitely noticed that, especially when trying to move anything over 50 BTC. It feels like the market depth just evaporates quickly after a certain point, even on the larger exchanges.

I've observed similar patterns. It seems despite the overall market cap, the actual depth for anything substantial remains surprisingly thin across multiple venues, which is frustrating.
