Risk sizing with BTC's volatility, how do you handle it?

I'm still wrapping my head around proper risk sizing, especially with $BTC's swings; seems like a fixed percentage can get blown out fast or leave too much on the table. What's your practical approach to position sizing that accounts for such wild daily ranges?

BTC's volatility certainly keeps things interesting. My 'practical approach' often involves a fair bit of squinting at the charts and muttering about the market's 'character development.' Seriously though, I've found dynamically adjusting based on a rolling ATR and perhaps a fraction of my typical risk helps, but it's still a dance with a very excitable partner.

Honestly, with BTC, I just assume my stop will be hit and size accordingly. It's less about the daily range and more about how much I'm willing to lose on that particular lottery ticket.
