Thoughts on USDTHB's next move after hitting 33.56

Watching $USDTHB bounce off 33.36 today and then push up to 33.56. It's hovering just under what I consider a pretty significant resistance area around 33.60-33.70. If it can clear that convincingly, we might see a run towards the 34.00 psychological level. On the flip side, a failure to break higher here, especially if it drops back below 33.40, would suggest weakness and could see it testing support again around 33.20. My bias remains neutral until we get a clearer breakout or breakdown.
