Anyone else finding spreads on micro-lot metal contracts, specifically $XAUUSD and $XAGUSD, disproportionately high with typical retail brokers? Considering moving to a prop firm just for better execution costs on these smaller positions.

That's a good point about the spreads. I've noticed it too but always just assumed it was the norm for micro-lots. Are prop firms really that much better for smaller positions, or do they have their own trade-offs?
