Anyone else still struggling with consistent payout times?

We've been through two different PSPs this year, and while onboarding/KYB was a headache each time, the real ongoing pain point remains payout reliability. It's not just the fees, it's the sheer unpredictability of when funds actually hit. Does anyone have a system or a provider that offers genuine consistency for larger volumes, or is this just the state of play for smaller/medium outfits?

We've experienced similar issues, and it often feels like a moving target. Have you looked into direct bank integrations or considered a multi-PSP strategy to hedge against single-provider inconsistencies? Sometimes, diversifying the risk can help, even if it adds a bit more complexity initially.

It's a common issue, not just for smaller outfits. Even with established providers, I've seen funds sit in limbo for days without clear communication. Have you tried negotiating specific SLA terms for payout windows with your PSPs?
