Anyone else finding KYC/AML a major hurdle with new prop firms?

The amount of documentation and the back-and-forth for KYB is becoming a real drag when trying to get set up with various prop firms, often taking weeks just to clear onboarding, even with clear company structures. Is this just the new normal, or am I missing some streamlined options out there?
