KYB bottlenecks for a new prop firm account

Anyone else finding the Know Your Business process for new prop firm accounts increasingly cumbersome? Seems like every outfit wants a slightly different set of documents, or their upload portal has a different maximum file size. It's not a huge hurdle, but it definitely adds days, sometimes weeks, to what should be a relatively straightforward onboarding for what amounts to a small corporate account.
