Scaling FX/Crypto flows with reliable PSPs – still a headache?

We've been live for a year now with decent volume on our platform, mainly cross-border payments. The initial headaches with KYB/onboarding for some PSPs were expected, but even after clearing those hurdles, we're seeing inconsistencies. Specifically, chargeback rates varying wildly between providers for similar client segments, and a noticeable delta in reported successful payout rates. It feels like we're constantly juggling multiple partners just to maintain uptime and mitigate exposure.

Anyone else experiencing this, particularly with higher-risk flows like crypto on-ramping or even just general FX conversions for non-KYC'd (but legally compliant) small business accounts? It's burning through our ops team's bandwidth just to reconcile discrepancies.
