Onboarding speed and documentation requests for prop firm payouts – any recent experiences?

Hey everyone, just curious if anyone's gone through the onboarding process with a new prop firm recently, specifically regarding the payout aspect. I'm finding some varied experiences with how quickly they process the KYC/KYB for withdrawals and what kind of documentation they're asking for beyond the initial setup. It feels like some are getting more granular with bank statements and source of funds than I remember from a few years back, even for relatively small amounts. Just wondering if this is a new trend or if I'm just hitting a stricter patch.

It varies wildly. Had one firm ask for a utility bill from a year ago, another processed with just ID and bank statement. Some still use old-school paper forms for bank verification.
